Homeowners witnessed substantial frozen pellets as large as 7cm in certain regions. Meteorological experts verified that multiple regions across Queensland had been affected by large hailstones.

Victorian Climate Difficulties
Meanwhile, approximately 1,000 residents in the southern state also faced electricity disruptions after the metropolitan area saw its most precipitation in 18 months.
Rescue organizations responded to nearly 600 requests for assistance across the state, mostly for building damage but also for fallen timber and inundation.

Humid circumstances were predicted to continue along much of Queensland's east this week as a low-pressure trough continued to pull in damp air against the coast.
Tomorrow was predicted as the wettest day, with persistent severe weather risk predicted across different parts of both states.

Medical authorities alerted that there was an increased chance of weather-related respiratory issues across the northern rural areas, especially given the current weather patterns.
