It needed until Sunday's three-wicket win over India for them to achieve their initial ODI chase exceeding 300, regaining their record for the largest in the women's 50-over format, is, frankly, a compliment to the bowling attack that have represented Australia over five decades.

When she was dismissed her side required another 66 at run per delivery - an achievable target now demanding an easy conclusion.

"Pursuing 330 is unfamiliar ground so I'm happy we have the assurance to accomplish that now," added Healy.

"Preferably we shouldn't have to do it another time but, if necessary, we are confident we can achieve it."

Those words will be the last competing nations at this World Cup should hear.

In recent days a belief they will triumph from any situation has only strengthened - this success succeeding success over Pakistan by 107 runs despite being 76-7 at a certain moment.
